Do I need to connect an advertising account?
No. This release does not connect to advertising platforms. Report import is the planned path for bringing data in.

Check spam, then try signing in again to trigger a new message. If it still does not arrive, email support and we will confirm the sender configuration.
What is the difference between an organisation and a workspace?
An organisation is your billing tenant. A workspace represents one client or business. Data, files and brand profiles are always scoped to a workspace.
Can another customer see my data?
No. Access is enforced in the database itself, not only in the interface. A signed-in user can only read organisations and workspaces they are a member of.
