Privacy

This describes current practice in the CaptainRoo AI early release. It will be replaced by a reviewed policy before any paid beta.

What we store

Your account email, an optional name, the organisations and workspaces you create, your brand profile fields and any brand assets you upload. Uploaded assets are held in private storage and are only readable by members of the owning workspace.

Access control

Access rules are enforced in the database. A signed-in user can only read organisations and workspaces they belong to. Members of one workspace do not inherit access to other workspaces.

Third parties

Authentication, database and file storage run on our hosted backend. No advertising platform is connected in this release and no data is shared with advertising platforms.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your organisations, workspaces, brand profiles and uploaded assets.
